HR-Automation GmbH aims to provide its digital information in a form that is accessible to as many people as possible. Accessibility is considered in structure, design, content and technical implementation.
Our technical target standard
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is used as the technical target for this website. This includes a clear page structure, keyboard operation, visible focus indicators, sufficient contrast, scalable content and clearly labelled forms.
- Navigation and essential functions can be operated without a mouse.
- Text and controls remain usable at high zoom levels.
- Informative images receive meaningful alternative text.
- Motion and visual effects are reduced when the operating system requests reduced motion.
- Forms use visible labels and understandable feedback.
Regular review
New content and technical changes are reviewed for accessibility as part of ongoing website maintenance. Manual checks with keyboard navigation, zoom and suitable assistive technologies are also part of quality assurance.
