PLC · CONTROL
PLC programming for machines, industrial and process plants.
We develop structured control software for new systems and brownfield plants, covering sequences, interfaces, diagnostics and commissioning.

Built to remain understandable
A PLC program should still be diagnosable and maintainable years after commissioning.
- Clear software structure and operating modes.
- Interlocks, permissives, alarms and diagnostics.
- Interfaces to HMI, SCADA, DCS and package units.
- Support for existing Siemens S5/S7 environments and modern TIA architectures where appropriate.
- Testable functions and documented handover.
Greenfield and brownfield
For existing plants, a full replacement is not automatically the right answer. We first evaluate lifecycle, communication, documentation, spare-parts risk and shutdown constraints.
Common questions
Can you take over an existing PLC project?
Yes. We first review project files, hardware, communication, backups and documentation before defining the change scope.
Do you only work with Siemens?
Our project-based focus includes Siemens SIMATIC, TIA, PCS 7 and WinCC, while project-specific interfaces and other systems are considered where required.
Do you provide on-site commissioning?
Yes. I/O checks, functional testing, troubleshooting and optimization are core services.
